Description :
 The aim of this study is to examine the opportunity to continue to study the feasibility of a three hydroelectric power stations project on the territory of the Community of Communes of High Vivarais (including the cities of Saint-Agreve, Devesset, Saint-Andre-in-Vivarais, Rochepaule, Mars, Labatie-d’Andaure and Saint-Jeure-d’Andaure) by establishing on those a simplified technical assessment, by identifying a fast growing interest and by setting up the corresponding actions.

Description of the Actual Services Provided Three phases structure this study:
1. Phase 1: A cartographic pre-identification of the possible sites and a collect of informations near the town halls,
2. Phase 2: A visit of the three sites which will have been retained at the end of phase 1, (i) to take note of the current state of the sites, (ii) to specify the general layout retained for the structures and (iii) to have an estimate righter of the feasibility of the projects,
3. Phase 3: The study of prediagnosis itself, which will contain a technical, an economical and lawful study in each case.
During this last phase, the data collected into 1 and 2 are validated, calculations of power and production of electricity justified, the legal aspects developed, the investment costs (according to the cases, it is costs of creation of new sites, or costs of modernization or extension of old and given up sites) and the maintenance costs evaluated, and the profitability of the sites estimated.
A card of synthesis is drawn up for each site. This card specifies the technical, economic and lawful data of the structures to be created, and the opportunity to study the feasibility of the projects.
