The objective of project is conception development and test of a management software for RE systems, which cover all aspects such as technical (maintenance), financial (billing) and furnish some performance indicators on technico-financial management of RE systems . This software should be simple and user friendly to be operated by the local private operators in an environment which requires a minimum informatics competences. The work programme has two phases : * A phase of conception, consisting of development and application of method MERISE in modelisation; * A phase of development and test of software.
