The mission asked by the International Bank of Cameroon for Saving and Credit consists in realizing the technical Diagnosis of the installations of Environmental engineering of the Douala headquarter. This follows a first intervention which was realized within the framework of an exploratory mission on the reduction of the energy consumptions of the companies of Cameroon for the GICAM. The report of this operation is that the installations of environmental engineering are in poor condition, are expensive and the users are not satisfied. The BICEC had a project of rehabilitation of the installations. The detailed evaluation of their energy performances and their operation was necessary to prepare the programming of the works. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | The choosen approach was as follow: * Detailed visit of the environmental engineering equipments, * Audit the operation and the maintenance of the installations * Assessment of their states and their energy performances * Analysis of their situation. Recommendations were formulated regarding: - The operation. Certain number of dysfunctions found, corrective actions proposed to improve the functioning of equipments and the satisfaction of the thermal comfort. - The state of the installations. The initial conception and the current energy performances bring to an action plan for the rehabilitation of equipments. Several scenarios were proposed and discussed with the BICEC. - The Maintenance. The long-lasting operation of equipments means an intensification of the procedures of preventive and curative maintenance as well as the training/ sensitization of the agents in charge of the operation. |
