The project objective is to elaborate a programme for energy savings in the public sector. It includes : * an analysis of the electric demand per sector and type of use, * a more specific analysis of the demand in the public sector (administration, hospitals, schools, etc.), * audits in over 20 major consumers : measuring campaigns, identification of actions (new equipment, maintenance, training, energy management), * analysis of legal, regulatory, economical and institutional frameworks, identification of barriers, recommendations, * analysis of local offer (equipment, services and expertise), * elaboration of a Programme in the public sector and accompanying measures. |
