Description : |
This study is a prospective study, to analyse renewable energy integration in grid connected dwelling. A typical individual house, representative of the habitat and current habits, is first defined. |

Description of the Actual Services Provided | A statement of the different systems using renewable energies, biomass, solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, heat pump (PAC) and recovery of energy is realized. This statement includes, to the extent of available information, an overview of the current techniques, a state of the market and development in France and in Europe, it gives also a statement on conditions of availability of the different techniques, on their advantages and their disadvantages. The analysis of the different costs is executed for the case of the individual house not joined, for different production and consumption energy systems (for heating, sanitary hot water, cooking, ventilation and specific electricity). Investments that they represent, their productivity and their cost of exploitation have been evaluated. It is of course impossible to study all systems, we have retained most susceptible to be installed today in France. These different configurations of heating, production of sanitary hot water, cooking and electrical are then compared in function of the total annual cost, the cost of the kWh, the cost by m², in global cost or without costs of investments. |
