| Description of the Actual Services Provided | * Framework for feasibility of 2 isolated villages (Béguédo and Niaogo) : systematic data collection in the field associated with a geographical information system, selection of pilot zones, discussion with concerned persons, reference development scenario of the power market, design of the system and the "central", tariff analysis, profitability, treasury, customer acceptability and capacity to pay, strategy of development after the project phase. * Framework for the feasibility of a village connected to the SONABEL grid : same issues as above, plus mode of connection to the SONABEL grid, modes of local organization, etc. * Drafting a guide of realization of projects - tests. * Preliminary identification of five case of electrification in provinces where DANIDA intervenes, existent aerial photography and a succinct collection of data. * Writing of recommendations for the setting of the off grid program proposed for DANIDA Financing : criteria for a selection of province village, key activities and organization, planning, relationships with the future structures national in charge of facilitating off grid electrification development. |
