| Description of the Actual Services Provided | Implementation of 2 components: Mini-grids: This component targets 6 rural localities through implementation of 6 PV/diesel hybrid power stations. Small solar systems: This component targets 90 neighbouring small towns for pre-electrification with small solar systems.
