One of the ADEME’s mission is to develop public policies in waste management. ADEME implemented in 1994 a programme to support operation in waste management and valorisation for normal industrial wastes (DIB). This programme aims to establish a balance between lower DIB production, through preventative actions and infrastructure equipment, to storage and treatment of DIB. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | This study conducted by IED aimed at analysing the results and impacts of the actions and formulate recommendations for improvement. The evaluation of the actions determined : * If these actions were pertinent compared to the objectives, * The success rate, * The cost compared to results, * The implementation modalities, * The replicability, * Etc… The recommendations underlined the necessary improvements for efficiency and operation required to develop a methodological framework for the design and follow up of such projects and that should be addressed by the Regional Delegation of ADEME. |
