| Description of the Actual Services Provided | Feasibility studies, ESIA, APS, APD and Tender Dossier for: - Construction of 2 HV/HTA substations - 20MVA * Construction of a 63kV loop between these 2 substations and the existing source station supplying the area * Construction of HV and LV lines to serve urban and rural subscribers * Supply of connection equipment for the number of potential subscribers The studies carried out include : - Urban component * Diagnosis of the electrical networks * Demand study and load evolution scenarios - Realization of detailed electrical and mechanical studies of the HTA and BT networks -Rural Component * Spatial analysis of the localities of the department in terms of socio-economic service provision for the selection of the localities to be electrified * Realization of detailed electrical and mechanical studies of the HTA and BT networks * Study of a site network for a lake locality listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site - Environmental and social feasibility - Legal and institutional study - Financial feasibility, economic and financial profitability study - Risk analysis - Drafting of tender documents - Assistance in the awarding of contracts (question and answer phase; bid analysis phase; drafting of work contracts) |
