| Description : |
The VER Plan is an initiative of the Government of Cameroon, led by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The project's activities aim to contribute to the development of decentralized hydropower production, increase access to energy, in quantity and quality, for rural populations and strengthen the productive uses of electricity as well as contribute to the development of so-called second-generation agriculture (access to investments for small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises specifically in the value chains of the cassava sectors, plantain, rice and small ruminants). |
