The services consist of the realization of preliminary design summary (APS) and detailed project (APD) of small hydropower plants for the localities or group of target rural localities in the regions of Haute Matsiatra (APS), Antsinanana (APD) and Amoron'i Mania (APS). IED provides its civil engineering expertise for technical design of the hydroelectric plants through field missions and the review of the APS reports. |
