The main objectif is to georeference the distribution network of the main urban areas of the country including the update of the digitalized network of Niamey realized in 2015. Collected data must be visualized through an improved interactive plateform which will be used later to manage maintenance of the network |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | The provided services included : - Diagnosis of the current application - Update of Niamey’s information in the current database - Network georeferencing of the distribution network including customers for the 7 main urban cities (Diffa, Dosso, Tahoua, Diffa, Agadez, Zinder and Maradi) - Create an interface between this network management application and the Customer Management Software used by NIGELEC. - Development of the updated application - Staff GIS, application use and data collection training - 1 year technical assistance |
