In order to ensure the availability of electric power while reducing operational costs, ENEO is considering hybridizing isolated thermal power plants by building photovoltaic solar power plants in isolated sites. The project objective is to identify all the ,ecessary data to carry out the feasibility study, then to carry out the Pre-project Summary studies, the Detailed Project Studies and a technical requirements booklet redaction for the work company recruitment process. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | • Collection of physical, technical, socio-economic and environmental data, • Carrying out feasibility studies for the 4 thermal production plants hybridization in the cities of Bertoua, Yokadouma, Mouloundi and Kousseri, • Studies of the concerned localities networks, • Production of prescription documents and tender documents Main final deliverables:- Start-up report,- Preliminary Draft Report Summary,- Detailed Preliminary Design Report,- Tender documents |
