| Description of the Actual Services Provided | IED carried out the following tasks: Task 1: Analysis of access to electricity in Mali IED carried out an inventory of electricity access in Mali and determined the current status of the country's electricity access rate, and identified the gaps for achieving universal access to electricity by 2030. Task 2: Identification of potential least-cost national electrification technology options with a GIS Analysis of least-cost electrification options using the GEOSIM tool. Task 3: Options and appropriate arrangements for the extension of electrification. This involves defining the implementation modalities, together with an institutional and financial planning for the implementation of the programme. Task 4: Dissemination of the results and organisation of a round table to mobilise donor funding |
