In 2016, Cameroon adopted an ambitious Rural Electrification Master Plan aiming to electrify almost all localities in Cameroon over 20 years, by connecting to the national grid. Five years later, the World Bank wants to assess the progress made and identify measures that could be taken to accelerate the electricity access. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | IED is in charge to carry out: (1) an updated geo-referenced database of the situation of access to electricity in Cameroon (2) an analysis of the current situation: reality of access, operation of projects, institutional and regulatory framework (3) a technical and financial needs analysis to develop access, and barriers (4) recommendations and an action plan. |
