The main objective was to develop a Geographic Information System centralized at CEET headquarter fed by a database integrating the elements of the distribution network of Greater Lomé and its connected customers. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | The project was implemented in several distinct components: - Collection and digitization of distribution networks in the Greater Lomé area (4600 km of LV/MV lines and 380,000 customers). The georeferencing of the distribution networks integrates the identification of the technical characteristics of the substations, line poles and transformers. - Development of a centralized Geographic Information System (GIS) and a data visualization application - Purchase and delivery of office desks and computer equipment - Installation of a server room and its corresponding IT infrastructure (redundancy, security...) |
