Following the pre-feasibility studies for the electrification of 21 DRC towns carried out in 2020-2021 by IED and VSI Afrique, French Development Agency (AFD) asked IED to carry out a on-site mission to Kabinda to clarify, confirm or correct the pre-feasibility study hypotheses. In particular, it was a question of adjusting the demand for electricity and the means of production adapted to the locality. |
