| Description of the Actual Services Provided | The specific objectives of the mission are as follows: - Specification of the energy information system in all its organizational, human, material and technological/computer aspects; - Operationalization of the information system on the basis of a pilot kit (server, database software, workstations). - Implementation of a tool and method for the preparation of energy balances on a regular basis; - Implementation of a tool and method for planning and managing the energy sector. - User training |
