The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority is a Lesotho State agency that manages large-scale water facilities and projects primarily for the purpose of supplying water to South Africa. LHDA, which manages two hydroelectric facilities and two reservoirs, wants to strengthen its electricity production by installing photovoltaic power plants on its lakes. IED has been asked to develop Terms of Reference for these plants feasibility studies realization. |
