The project aims to support the Ethiopian government, through the Ministry of Water and Energy, in updating NEP 2.0 and developing the Ministry's capacity so that future NEP updates can be carried out by local stakeholders themselves. This would require identifying appropriate geospatial technologies and training a dedicated team at the Ministry of Water and Energy to prepare a new NEP itself. |
