The project to extend and strengthen the electricity distribution networks concerns 131 departmental capitals and sub-prefectures of the interior that are not yet integrated into an investment programme. It contributes to the improvement of the quality of electricity supply in the said cities, to cope with the continuous growth in demand. The objective of the study is to prepare the technical documents (feasibility studies and detailed preliminary design) necessary for the implementation of the project and to develop the technical specifications for the awarding of contracts. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | • Feasibility study on the capacity of the existing network (source substation, HV and LV network) to support the loads. • Definition of the investments to be made (creation or reinforcement of MV and LV outlets, public distribution stations, etc.) • Detailed equipment sizing: • Preparation of calculation notes; • Creation of plans and diagrams (geographical plans, synoptic diagrams, equipment layout plans) • Establishment of equipment lists • Definition of supply and work limits • Definition of the technical specifications of the various structures; • Establishment of all the guide plans necessary for the development of the consultation specifications Final key deliverables: • Feasibility study • Topographic route and survey study • Tender study • Technical specifications |
