Description :
 To support the acceleration of universal electrification in Côte d'Ivoire, this mission has two main objectives:
1/ to develop the Ivory Coast Electrification Platform (CEP), an interactive web-based platform designed to inform research, strategies, and future investments in electrification in Côte d'Ivoire;
2/ to implement a capacity-building program for government stakeholders and partners in Ivory Coast to support the understanding, use, and adoption of the platform.

Description of the Actual Services Provided The following tasks were completed to fulfill the mission:
1- Database Design
This activity included collecting digital data, assessing data quality and metadata, structuring the database, and consolidating the data. A methodology validation workshop was organized at the end of the activity.
2- Implementation of the Côte d'Ivoire Electrification Platform (Analysis and Visualization Interface). This activity included specifying and developing the platform.
3- Implementation of the Electrification Scenario Planning Tool (PEC Calculation Module) with the specification of the tool's modeling and functionalities. This activity concluded with the deployment of the GEOSIM tool.
4- Site Recommendations for Further Analysis
Identifying priority areas involved creating scenarios and prioritizing localities and settlements according to their socioeconomic potential.
