The consultant provides consulting engineer services for the control and supervision of the construction works of the 225KV double-circuit line between the existing substations of the autonomous port of Kribi (PAK) and the entry into disconnection on the 225kV substation of Kribi (Gas Power Plant) The work consists of the construction of a 225 kV transmission line with a length of about 40 km. This work also includes the extensions to the existing Kribi substation (addition of two line spans and addition of a 50MVA 225/15kV transformer span) and the resumption of the control work in the existing Kribi and EDEA BEON substations. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | The consultant's services include all the activities of control and supervision of the works and assistance during the warranty period, including: • Supervision and control of detailed engineering studies, execution and works: o Validation of execution studies o Participation in FATs (factory acceptance) o Participation in SATs (site reception) o Daily monitoring of the work (verification and validation of work permits, control and validation of acceptance reports) o Project management assistance o Assistance with contract management • Monitoring the implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) and the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP); • Validation of the compliance, effectiveness and results of tests and commissioning of the structures; • Preparation of project progress and completion reports; • Support during the warranty period; • Reporting all its activities to the PAK; |
