As part of a call for projects from the Rural Electrification Agency (ADER) won by a private developer, IED Consult was selected to study the rural electrification of the entire Bay of Antongil (83 localities) from hydroelectric (4.5MW) and photovoltaic production, and to carry out the economic and financial analysis of the project and recommendation on the financing scheme using the IDF concept (Integrated Distribution Model). |
