Description : |
Within the framework of the policy of support of regions with a measure of autonomy, ADEME and Region Rhône-Alpes support the operations of global audit on the municipal real estate properties. The SIEL Syndicate of Electrification and the Energies of the Loire, is an actor very involved on problems of energy efficiency in the municipalities and the syndicate arranges delegations of skills to exercise the project ownership in this domain. In 2009 the syndicate set up a framework agreement with engineering consulting firms to facilitate their recruitment and the ability to react toward municipalities (subsequent markets) for period 2009-2011. The grouping IED - Alpha JM is a holder of this framework agreement. In this procedure the grouping realized Energy Audits of 50 buildings in the association of local authorities of the Roanaise Coast (Communauté de communes de la Côte Roanaise). |

Description of the Actual Services Provided | The assignment of IED consists in providing energy audit of the buildings for heating systems Ventilation and Air conditioning (CVC). The current energy performances of the buildings envelopes (walls, roofs joineries) are estimated, the current energy performances of the installations of CVC are also estimated. The management of the building and the management of the installations are estimated. Recommendations for their optimization are proposed. Technically practicable solutions available at date of the study, allowing the improvement of the performances are looked for and proposed. They must contribute to meet the objectives of reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. |
