FDE 05 is responsible for demand side management. A grouped operation on energy audits of public assets and street lighting is launched in 3 communes of the district: • REALLON • SIGOYER • LARAGNE The first two communes are rural communes, the last one is an urban town with more than 10000 inhabitants. The project will operate on communal buildings, technical installations directly exploited by communes (ski lifts, pumping stations) and the public lighting network. The ultimate objective is to inventory the technical assets and suggest energy efficiency measures. For the owner it is also a good occasion to test energy audit procedures in the “départment” (district) and eventually lead similar actions on a larger scale. |

| Description of the Actual Services Provided | IED is the team leader on the project and realises audits for the buildings, Alpha JM realises audits for public lighting. |
